Hello Monthly MVPers:
I’ve worked a few mornings this week on posture and straightening that spine, working with the muscles, tendons and ligaments to allow for the new positioning – even for me – it’s weird – when I ride my horse I sit very erect, but in a chair I have had a tendency to slouch from the mid-back up. This has released and my posture is much easier to maintain and hold.
Working on a lot of knees, feet and shoulders as well!!
